The trial court denied Appellants request to reverse the Dell H. Shearer Grandchildrens Trusts (Trust) Notice of Deemed Approval and reinstate the Fayette County Zoning Hearing Boards (Board) conditional approval of the Trusts petition for special exception. We affirm.
